DR.NAVIN RAMGOOLAM LISTS JUGNAUTH GOVERNMENT SCANDALS

Navin Ramgoolam’s speech to Nouvelle France was marked by a series of systematic denunciations of the scandals which characterized the Jugnauth Government. The leader of the PTR took great pleasure in reciting a list of the most famous scandals with the complicity of the crowd present. Indeed each time that Navin Ramgoolam was about to announce a scandal he asked the crowd itself to guess and she had a great time playing this game. Thus a long list was revealed and the names behind each of the scandals were chanted by the crowd in a thunderous atmosphere. Enthusiasm was at its peak. The biscuits…it was Hanoomanjee, the Rs.19 million…it was Nando’s brother-in-law…the Rs.145 million from Med-Point….Pravind and the Rs.43 million from Sun Trust… again` limem`, Rs 323,000 per month or Rs 7 Million for the contract period…the friend Samputh…who were the Bambaras…how could the crowd forget Boygah….? and the millions spent by Alvaro…destined for whom..? Everybody knows it.

Navin Ramgoolam castigated the current Government which according to him would try to `cover-up` in each of the serious crimes and he asked himself the question why it would be necessary to send Hoolash from the Intelligence Service to go and detect Kistnah while the big ones tenors of the CCID returned empty-handed from South Africa? The strategy is clear. The leader of the PTR insists that the Government wants to cover its tracks so that the investigations ultimately lead to nothing. The drug affair worth Rs. 2 billion was also commented at length by Navin Ramgoolam who did not fail to highlight the strange coincidence between the resurgence of drug trafficking and the Jugnauth Governments. Every time the latter is in Power Maurice is overwhelmed by drugs of all kinds. The famous Dewdanee who is a `zanfan lacaz` would receive VIP treatment during his stay in detention. Which says a lot about the connections and protections that certain thugs benefit from because they are close to the Jugnauths.

Navin Ramgoolam’s speech will not leave indifferent the citizens of this country who are impatient to see the return of the serenity and tranquility that they had known under the Governments of 2005-2010 and 2010-2014. Nostalgia has already won over all the people and the return of the PTR to control has become the most ardent desire of the population.
